AskLeo is operated by NuMeal, Inc. (“AskLeo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use getaskleo.com and related services.

By using AskLeo, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect the following:

Account Information

• Name
• Email address
• Login credentials or authentication data

User Content

• Startup ideas
• Pitch decks and uploaded files
• Conversations and messages with AskLeo
• Feedback and support requests

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

Technical and Usage Data

• IP address
• Browser and device information
• Pages visited and usage activity
• Session and analytics data collected through Vercel Analytics

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate AskLeo
• Generate AI-powered startup feedback and pitch deck analysis
• Improve product performance and user experience
• Authenticate accounts and maintain security
• Process payments and subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing notifications)
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information or startup data to third parties.

We do not use your startup ideas, pitch decks, or conversations to train our own AI models.

We may monitor platform usage to maintain platform security, prevent abuse, and comply with the requirements of our infrastructure and AI service providers.

We know founders upload sensitive material. We treat your pitch decks, startup ideas, and conversations as confidential.

Your content is never shared with other users or unrelated third parties. Your content is only processed by the infrastructure providers required to operate the service — for AI processing (Anthropic), file storage, and database hosting.

Access to user data is restricted to authorized systems and the small set of service providers needed to run the platform.

AskLeo uses Anthropic’s Claude AI models to generate responses and startup evaluations. When you use AskLeo, your conversations and uploaded content are transmitted to Anthropic’s API for processing.

Per Anthropic’s API policies, customer data submitted through the API is not used to train Anthropic’s models by default.

We do not use your content to train our own AI systems.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure cloud infrastructure
• Database protections through Supabase (PostgreSQL)
• Encrypted cloud file storage for uploaded documents

Data is processed and stored in the United States.

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we apply current best practices.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

You may:

• Delete your account at any time
• Request deletion of uploaded files or conversations
• Contact us to request permanent data removal

To request deletion, email leo@numeal.app.

We may also delete inactive uploaded files after extended periods of inactivity.

AskLeo uses essential cookies and session technologies for:

• Authentication
• Security
• Maintaining user sessions

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking.

AskLeo relies on the following infrastructure providers:

AskLeo is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

AskLeo provides informational and educational feedback. It is not legal, financial, investment, fundraising, or tax advice.

Decisions you make based on AskLeo’s output are your own.

In the event AskLeo or NuMeal, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of AskLeo after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
